From which countries and regions does Euoko accept orders?
Online orders from the www.euoko.com website can be shipped to Canada, the United States, the European Union, Australia, New Zealand and Hong Kong. We may be able to ship to other countries with an independent payment arrangement in advance. Foreign distributors of Euoko also operate websites that offer shipments to other regions. Please email help@euoko.com for such an arrangement.

What methods of payment does Euoko accept?
Euoko accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club and JCB for purchases on the www.euoko.com website. Payments can be made in either Canadian or US currency. Credit cards that are billed in other currencies will incur a conversion to Canadian or US currency at the time of purchase based on effective rates of exchange. For private orders that exceed $500 in US currency, Euoko offers payments via a money order or wire transfer. To make such an arrangement, please email help@euoko.com.
  
How does Euoko ensure the security of my transaction?
Both Euoko’s website and its internal computer systems have been developed by a dedicated internal technical team and these systems use the strongest encryption mechanisms used by the world’s largest financial institutions for communication and storage of sensitive information. Furthermore, Euoko does not allow its employees and/or affiliates to retrieve stored payment information unless in the case of an investigation or requirement by law.

Does Euoko offer a customer satisfaction policy?
Euoko’s commitment to outstanding quality allows it to stand confidently behind its products. All Euoko products may be returned within 28 days of the date of purchase, even if such products have been used and/or opened, for a full refund or exchange with another product. Please note that shipping charges cannot be refunded.

Will I have to pay duties and taxes upon arrival of my order?
If you reside within Canada or the United States, you will not be incurred any additional charges. All applicable taxes and duties are calculated at the time of ordering. If you reside outside of these regions, you may be charged duties and taxes at the border. These charges are similar to those added to retail purchases in your region of residence and will be communicated to you through the courier.
  
Does Euoko test its products on animals?
Euoko does not test its products on animals or pay others to perform testing on animals. All of Euoko’s products are tested on humans.

Are Euoko’s products natural?
Euoko is committed to selecting and sourcing the most effective, safest, scientifically-studied ingredients from across the world. These ingredients include direct plant-based derivatives, advanced peptides, biotechnologically-obtained actives, ingredients derived from fermentation, basic minerals, enzymes and marine compounds. Euoko does not use any ingredient derived from animals. Additionally, Euoko does not use any ingredient that has been shown to be harmful to humans if used topically. In particular, none of Euoko’s products make use of the commonly-used preservatives of the paraben family. Euoko’s preservatives and stabilizers are food grade and do not represent any risk if used as directed. Specific questions may be directed to help@euoko.com.

Are Euoko’s products safe to use during pregnancy?
None of Euoko’s products use any ingredient with an indication of risk for use during pregnancy. However, our products do contain high concentrations of innovative, functional actives and it may be advisable to consult a physician if you are pregnant.
  
Does Euoko offer samples?
Occasionally, Euoko offers complimentary samples of our products to customers. If you are interested in registering to receive samples as they become available, please send your contact information to samples@euoko.com. Please be sure to indicate the product(s) in which you are interested. Not all sample requests can be accommodated.
